Celine M. Dill is a Deputy Legislative Counsel. She joined the office in 2019.

Ms. Dill is assigned to a branch of the office that handles laws relating to alcoholic beverage control, business, civil law, financial institutions, healing arts, housing and community development, land use, local government, private employment, professions and vocations, public contracts, public employment, retirement, state government, taxation, and unemployment insurance.

Before joining the office, Ms. Dill worked as a legal intern for the Office of Legislative Counsel and as an intern for the Office of the Solicitor of the U.S. Department of the Interior. She received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, and earned her B.A. from the University of California, Davis, majoring in history.

Ms. Dill is a member of the California State Bar.
