Natalia DaSilva Telles is a Deputy Legislative Counsel. She joined the office in 2024.

Ms. DaSilva Telles is assigned to a branch of the office that handles laws relating to air resources, elementary and secondary education, fish and wildlife, food and agriculture, harbors and navigation, hazardous materials, postsecondary education, public resources, public safety, public utilities, solid waste, streets and highways, transportation, and water.

Prior to joining the office, Ms. DaSilva Telles’s served as a staff attorney for legal assistance organizations and as a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. She also worked as a judicial extern for Justice Victoria Gerrard Chaney of the California Court of Appeal, Second District.

Ms. DaSilva Telles received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree in history from the University of Southern California, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Ms. DaSilva Telles is a member of the California State Bar.
