Bradley Webb is a deputy legislative counsel. He joined the office in 2001.

Mr. Webb is assigned to a branch of the office that handles laws relating to air resources, elementary and secondary education, fish and wildlife, food and agriculture, harbors and navigation, hazardous materials, postsecondary education, public resources, public safety, public utilities, solid waste, streets and highways, transportation, and water.  His practice is focused primarily on public utilities.

Prior to joining the office, Mr. Webb spent over twenty-two years in private practice, either at Wilke, Fleury, Hoffelt, Gould & Birney or in solo practice, engaged in litigation, appellate advocacy, administrative law, and business counseling.

Mr. Webb received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Webb is a member of the California State Bar. As a member of the California State Bar, he is affiliated with the Environmental Law Section.
