Brian Bitzer, who joined the office in 2014, is a supervisor in the branch of the office that handles laws relating to air resources, elementary and secondary education, fish and wildlife, food and agriculture, harbors and navigation, hazardous materials, postsecondary education, public resources, public safety, public utilities, solid waste, streets and highways, transportation, and water.
Mr. Bitzer received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with great distinction. He earned his undergraduate degree from Depauw University, with a B.A. majoring in political science and economics.
Mr. Bitzer is a member of the California State Bar, Order of the Coif, and the Traynor Honor Society.
